2023 Mississippi Valley Fair Queen is Cassi Paustian!

Year after year, young women from Scott County compete for the title of Mississippi Valley Fair Queen. Contest applications will be due June 10th. The 2024 coronation will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday evening, July 16th in the Starlite Ballroom. 

Judging is based on personality, attitude, leadership, citizenship, overall appearance, charm, and poise! The new MVF queen will represent Scott County at the 2024 Iowa State Fair Queen Competition in August.
