Fair Center

  • 30,000 SF heated building
  • Events frequently use a balcony overlooking the floor as a temporary office area
  • Restrooms and a concession area are conveniently located in the building
  • Large roll-up doors are spaced along all sides to provide easy access and increased ventilation

Iowa Building

  • The newest addition to fairgrounds rental offerings
  • 22,500 SF of clear floor space
  • Located next to paved parking and the Fair
  • A concession area, balcony, bathrooms, and a bar are conveniently located in the building
  • 20 amp outlets are evenly spaced across the room
  • Space includes several roll-up doors and controllable access doors at the main and north entrance
  • Space can be used for large wedding receptions, fundraisers, banquets, booths, boats, large display items such as tractors, cars and combines
  • Bleacher seating can be provided as needed

Keppy 4-H Hall

  • 6,100 SF
  • 300-person seating capacity
